Nourish · Public Roadmap
Where Nourish is going
Nourish exists because we watched people we love juggle a shot tracker, a calorie counter, a pantry app and a notes file just to get through a week on a GLP-1. The mission hasn't changed since day one: everything the journey needs, in one warm, judgement-free place.
Next up
Deeper progress, gentler habits
The next round is about looking back further and keeping going without guilt.
- Gentle streaks, with rest daysStreaks that bend instead of break. Missing a day is life, not failure; the streak survives rest.
- Month & year in reviewYour weekly reviews, rolled up into a bigger story. The kind of look-back you'd actually show your doctor (or frame).
- Talk from your home screenA mic button on the widget: say "two eggs and a coffee" without even opening the app.
- Optional morning briefOne calm notification to start the day: dose day or not, water target, one gentle focus.
- Search everythingOne search across your recipes, ingredients, exercises and help.
Log without opening the app
The fastest log is no app at all
Logging should cost seconds, not attention.
- Water tile in Quick Settings+250 ml from the pull-down shade, from any screen.
- NFC bottle stickerTap your phone on a sticker on your actual bottle and the water is logged. A little bit magic.
- Smarter dose reminders"Done" and snooze right on the notification, with a countdown to dose time.
- Smart-scale auto weigh-inStep on your scale, weight lands in Nourish via Health Connect (opt-in, like all health sharing).
Ambient
Nourish in the corners of your day
- More widgetsA medication-countdown ring and a supplements checklist beside the water widget.
- Hydration progress in your notification shadeA quiet ongoing progress bar on the days you want it.
- "Log water in Nourish"Google Assistant support for hands-busy moments.
- Weather-aware hydrationHotter day, gently higher target, without ever asking for your location.
- Print-ready doctor reportsYour appointment report as a clean PDF, printed or shared.
- Export everythingYour logs and progress photos out to a folder you choose. Your data is yours; that includes leaving.
Big swings
One headline feature per release
The ambitious ones, shipped one at a time so each lands properly.
- Live video coach in voice modeShow Nourish your plate, your fridge, a menu, and talk it through out loud, live.
- Progress-photo time-lapseYour journey as a private, on-device time-lapse. Shareable only if you choose.
- Sleep × side-effects insightsDo rough nights follow dose days? Opt-in Health Connect sleep data, lined up against your diary.
- Audio week in reviewYour week, read like a tiny podcast in the voice (and accent) you chose.
- Wear OSWater and dose-day glances on your wrist.
- Native iOS appGenuinely intended, and honestly gated on indie economics: Apple's yearly developer fee plus Mac build tooling are real money for a one-person app. Meanwhile the web app runs nicely on iPhone (open in Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen). This one moves up the day the app can pay for it, which is partly in your hands.
Moonshots
The ideas that keep us up at night
Zero promises, maximum ambition. These are real entries in the working plan, listed here because "all-in-one" should have a horizon.
- Bedside modeWhile your phone charges at night, a calm dim display: tomorrow's dose day or not, today's water, one kind word. A nightstand companion, not a screen that shouts.
- AR portion lensPoint the camera at your plate and see what 30 g of protein actually looks like on it.
- Rep counting by cameraProp the phone up and it counts your reps, on-device.
- Dose day like an alarmOptionally treat your injection like a proper alarm: full-screen, undeniable, done in one tap.
- Chat as a floating bubbleNourish's chat as a chat-head bubble over other apps, for logging mid-recipe.
- On-device AI quick-parseSimple logs understood entirely on your phone, no server round-trip. Faster and even more private.
- Foldable cook modeHalf-folded phone stands itself up on the counter: steps on top, controls below.

Languages & regions
- First translationsHindi, Spanish, and German or Portuguese are the front-runners. The AI already answers in your language; the interface is next.
- Regional food, properlyThe cuisine engine already tunes meal ideas to your food culture, from dal to paneer to what's actually in your local shop, and it keeps getting deeper.
Tell us what should move up
The order of this page is yours to change. Every message gets read by the person who builds the app, usually the same day.
Planned features may change, arrive in a different order, or occasionally not arrive at all. Honesty over hype. Nourish is a wellness companion, not a medical device.
