Nourish · Full Feature List

Everything Nourish does

The complete list, because "all-in-one" is a claim you should be able to check. Everything here is in the app today; what's coming next lives on the public roadmap.

Nourish runs as an Android app (Google Play) and a web app at nourish-app.web.app. One account, same data. A few device features are Android-only and marked Android. On iPhone: the web app works well in Safari and can be added to your home screen. A native iOS build is genuinely intended, but this is a one-person operation, so it arrives when the app can cover Apple's yearly developer fee and the build hardware, not before. Honest status on the roadmap.

Daily tracking

The core loop, designed for smaller appetites and quieter thirst signals.

Medication

Injectables and daily tablets, all major GLP-1 medications.

Six camera scans

Point the camera at food in any form; AI estimates are double-checked and say so.

Chat & voice

Type it or say it. Logging should be a sentence, not a form.

Kitchen & cooking

From "what's in the fridge" to "dinner is logged" without leaving the app.

Diary & insights

How you feel matters as much as what you ate.

Progress & reports

Progress you can feel, see, share, and hand to your doctor.

Movement

Muscle is the thing to keep. Movement is how.

Comfort, privacy & platform

The quiet stuff that makes it livable.

Free vs Premium

The core is free forever. Premium removes the AI caps. That's the whole model.

One app instead of four

Built by a solo developer after watching loved ones juggle a shot tracker, a calorie counter and a notes file. Free core forever, no ads.

Nourish is a wellness companion, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. AI estimates are estimates and say so in the app. Drug names are trademarks of their respective owners; Nourish is not affiliated with any pharmaceutical company.
