Always free, always unlimited
These never count against any allowance:
- Protein, water, weight, calorie and fibre tracking
- Medication doses, injection-site rotation and dose reminders

- Your recipe cookbook, shopping lists and ingredient library
- Charts, trends, progress photos and milestone tracking

Free accounts also get a monthly allowance of the more intensive AI features, which resets at the start of each calendar month. Current allowances:
- 60 camera scans (food, menu, nutrition label, barcode and kitchen)
- 50 AI chat messages
- 15 minutes of voice conversation
- 10 cook-mode read-alouds
- 8 AI meal-plan generations
- 6 AI exercise routines
- 3 doctor reports and appointment cheat sheets
We review these allowances from time to time and will always aim to keep the free tier genuinely useful.

Premium unlocks convenience, never your own data. Your logs, photos and history are always yours to view and export, on any plan.
Prices in your country
Prices shown are for the United Kingdom in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices in other countries are set in local currency and may differ — the exact amount is always shown before you confirm any purchase.
Billing, renewal & cancellation
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Purchases made in the Android app are billed through your Google Play account and can be managed or cancelled at any time under Play Store → Subscriptions.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for, then return to the free tier — your data is untouched.
- We will give notice of any price change as required by law and by the relevant app store's rules.
Refunds
If you bought through an app store, refunds follow that store's policy — please make the request there (for Google Play: Play Store → Order history). If you bought directly from us and something has gone wrong, contact us and we will put it right. UK and EU customers keep all statutory cancellation and refund rights.
