Delete Your Account

Nourish — wellness companion for GLP-1 users

You can permanently delete your Nourish account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete from inside the app (recommended)

1. Open Nourish and go to the Me tab
2. Switch to the Settings pill
3. Scroll to Privacy & Data
4. Tap Delete Account & All Data, type DELETE to confirm, then verify your identity (your password, or a Google sign-in confirmation)

What gets deleted

Account deletion permanently removes all of your data, including:

• Your profile (goals, medication details, preferences)
• All daily logs — nutrition, water, weight, symptoms, and injection records
• Saved recipes, meal plans, shopping lists, and exercise routines
• Progress photos and shared progress cards
• Your account backup and recovery code
• Your sign-in account itself

No data is retained after deletion. Nothing is archived or kept for analytics.

If you can no longer access the app

Email us from the address linked to your account and we will delete your account and all associated data for you, normally within 7 days:

Please use the subject line "Account deletion request". We may reply to confirm the request before deleting, to protect your account.
